- 1. OS bones are all made of high-quality polyurethane.
- 2. OS accessories are all handcrafted in the Philippines.
- 3. Kindly provide us your shipping address translated in English to avoid shipment problems.
- 4. Please let us know immediately if you wish to change the shipping address. Otherwise we will ship the order to the address stated on your PayPal receipt.
- 5. For in-stock items, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon payment or clearance of payment.
- 6. For pre-order items, please give us 3-7 business days to ship the order, all our pieces are handcrafted.
- 7. A tracking number will be sent through email once your order has been successfully shipped. Buyer will responsible to track the shipment through www.xend.com.ph and their corresponding local post office.
- 8. OS will not be accountable for any loss or damage during transit given that the orders are in good condition and properly packed prior to shipping.
- 9. OS will not be accountable for any delay of shipment given that it was dispatched from OS during an appropriate date. Holidays, Strikes, Peak Seasons and Customs Procedures are common causes of delay.
- 10. OS will not be accountable for unsuccessful deliveries when buyer is absent or unavailable during delivery attempt/s. Buyer will responsible to coordinate with the local post office for the re-delivery schedule.
- 11. Orders shipped back to OS because of an unsuccessful delivery attempt/s (by your local post office) may be redelivered with additional shipping fees and/or duties. Contact Customer Service at email@example.com
* RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- 12. OS shall agree
to exchange of item/s that are damaged/defective only if directly
accounted to OS upon 3 days of shipment arrival.
- 13. Please email us photo evidences of damage/defect within the time period.
- 14. Buyer is responsible for shipment of damaged/defective items upon approval. If the damage is accounted to us, we will replace the item upon availability.
- 15. Buyer may only opt for full/partial refund if items are severely damaged/defective and if the wrong item/s is delivered.
- 16. OS shall agree for full refund only if buyer will be responsible to ship back damaged/defective/wrong items.
